“Yeah, well, you’ve earned this ass, but you haven’t earned getting to be in charge of it yet,” she retorted with joyous defiance. “Now lay back, close your eyes, and don’t open them no matter what!” Sighing, he obliged. He heard something rattle and was about to inquire when she snapped “No peeking or speaking!” He groaned but did as he was told. He felt cold metal against his wrists.

  “Oh shit are you—“

“No speaking!” she snapped. Once all of this wrists and ankles were secured, she said, “Okay, open!”

He did, and he was not remotely surprised to find that his hands and feet were cuffed to the four corners of his bed. “And you accuse me of having a sex dungeon,” he said, shaking his head. “Why do you even have those?”

“The better question is why don’t you?” asked Alex. “But now, you’re at my mercy.” She brought forth her bag and took her thong out. When Easton opened his mouth to ask what she had in mind, she pushed them into his mouth.

  “Mm!” he snapped!

“Shhh, let me take care of everything,” she said. “And don’t pretend like you don’t like what you taste. I was horny from the moment I left your office today, so those are super juicy for you.” She kissed him down his chest, finally arriving at his boxer-briefs. She moaned gently as she kissed him down his still-clothed shaft. “I know white boys get a lot of shit for their size compared to brothers,” she said, “but my god, you're truly something else, Easton.”

Alex reached into her bag and took out a pair of scissors. Easton’s eyes went wide and he began to protest, but she shushed him. “Relax you big baby, I won’t hurt you unless you squirm.” So he stayed still as stone as she cut away his underwear, finally letting his manhood burst forth.

“Woooow,” she said in a long whisper. She let herself rest next to it, staring him in the eye as she stroked it long and slow with her right hand and her left hand worked his balls. He groaned in pleasure, so, smiling, then responded by licking up his shaft. She jerked him faster and faster until finally enveloping this head in her mouth. She slowed down but maintained eye-contact and he felt her gaze on him. He was in complete paradise and her moans began to match his as she moved faster and faster, up and down. He knew he was getting close, and she seemed to suspect so as well, so she abruptly stopped. His eyes went wide, at first from the shock of having her stop so suddenly, but they stayed wide while she sensually removed her yellow dress. Her perfect breasts burst from the top, and then she turned, slowly letting the dress fall to her ankles, her ass inches from his face. She spread the cheeks wide, enticing him, and then turned around. Her pubic hair was trimmed into a sort of downward arrow. She squatted over him.

“My turn, honey,” she said,” removing the thong from his mouth. “Let’s see if you could put your mouth where your money is.” With that, she sat on his face, and Easton happily took her clit between his lips and spiraled around it with his tongue. She gasped. “Oh… oh Jesus…. Yes… slower… no, now faster….oh god, just like that, just like that!”

Easton ate her out like his life depended on it but was inwardly furious that he could not reach up and squeeze those pert tits or squeeze her big, tight ass while he did so.

“Oh my god, I’m so close, I’m sooooo close!” she said. “Just a few more seconds…” But Easton was fed up. With great strength, he yanked with both feet, breaking the rods at the base of his bed that he was cuffed to. “What are you—!” cried Alex in surprise, but then he did the same with his arms, sending splinters flying everywhere.

In one smooth motion, he had Alex on her back on his broken bed. “You said you wanted to be dominated,” he growled. “And I am about to fucking oblige!”

With that, he plunged himself deep inside her. She was already so wet that he slid in with utmost ease, and kept at a strong, hard pace.

Alex seemed delirious with shock and pleasure. “Holy fucking shit… Oh Christ Easton! Oh god, oh god, fuck me, fuck me harder, yes, YES!” And he did, pounding her as hard as he could, ignoring the warning creaks of his bed or the judgmental glare of Catarina. “Holy… I’m cumming Easton, I’m… WAAAAAAAHHHH!” She let out a falsetto squeal as she wrapped her legs around him and bit down on his neck, giving him a hickey through her orgasm.

“Me TOOOOOOOOO!!” cried Easton through gritted teeth, exploding inside of her while still pumping away relentlessly.

A few moments later and surrounded by broken bits of bed, they both just collapsed, breathing and sweating heavily.

  “That was…” she said.

  “Yeah…” he agreed.

“Is it bad that we didn’t use protection?” she said, alarm in her voice. “I’m on the pill, but…”

“I’m clean,” he assured her, “despite what my reputation would suggest. So unless you’re not…?”

“No no, I’m good, we’re good,” she said through labored breaths. Then she started laughing, one hand over her face. He joined in her laughter. “Oof!” she yelped. “Careful now, you’re still inside.”

“Oh right,” he said, yanking himself out.

“ARGH. You’re not supposed to take it out that fast!” she ridiculed.

“Oh I know,” he replied slyly. “I was messing with you. I owed you one after you cuffed me to the bed.”

“Breaking out was pretty sexy,” she admitted, reaching up to kiss him.

They continued making out for the next fifteen minutes. But before long, they passed out, arm in arm, still being silently judged by his nanny-named cat, Catarina Cooper.

  Chapter 7

Easton Cooper sat in his office, lost in thought and grinning like a kid on Christmas morning when Valkyrie-Cooper’s CFO, Lucille Cruz, burst in the door.

Nancy tried to chase after her. “Excuse me!” she began, but Lucille stopped her.

“Little girl I will snap you like a twig, now turn around and sit in time out,” and with that, she slammed the door.”

Easton chuckled. “Come on, you should be nicer to her. She does good work.”

“Yeah on her back when you decide you need to get off during company time.”

“I mean, it is my company,” he pointed out.

Lucille’s eyes narrowed. “You know that’s not how it works. Yes, you’re the CEO, but you’re not the king. That blond twig out there is a sexual harassment lawsuit waiting to happen. But that’s neither here nor there.”

Easton sighed. He actually really liked Lucille; she was brilliant with both numbers and business savvy, the perfect CFO. He was great at what he did, but it was often in broad strokes; she was better at handling the more finite details. And, frankly, she was fairly wonderful to look at what with her exotic Filipino features, even if she was more than ten years his senior, and the fact that she was born a biological male did precisely zero to inhibit how fetching he found her. “So, what seems to be the problem?” he asked, knowing the answer.

“Yesterday, you had another meeting with MacTaggart. While I’ll grant you that it went much better than your first fiasco with her, you over-corrected.”

“You’re not happy about the sale?” he asked, playing dumb. “Come on, we acquired one of the most popular up-and-coming organic grocery chains in the nation. And this is just the beginning! Mark my words, in less than half a decade, we will have so many companies under the Valkyrie-Cooper Tech umbrella that we will be able to drop the ‘tech’ from the end of our name.”

Lucille sighed, sitting down and dragging her fingers through her hair. “Easton, you’re amazing at what you do. I’ve always had your back, regardless of what bad press you bring on the company with your tabloid nonsense or whatever else you’re getting yourself into. I’ve always defended you by saying ‘he may live a bit on the wild side but it doesn’t impact his work performance.’ But now?” She glared at him. “Without consulting me, you paid MacTaggart thirty percent more than our agreed offering price!”

“Twenty-eight point six percent more, actually,” he corrected. “And it’s not like w
e can’t afford it. And her company is worth it; she deserved it.”

“Oh for—” Lucille practically leaped to her feet, pacing back and forth while rubbing her temples. Easton was almost certain he heard a subtle growl emit from her throat. She rounded on him once more. “You were thinking with your dick, Easton. Or thinking with your heart, which is for all intents and purposes the exact same damn thing! You allowed your personal emotions compromise a business decision. Easton come on,” she sat back down, practically body-slamming into the chair. “You are better than this. You are the youngest CEO I know but when it comes to business decisions you have always been as sharp and ruthless as Ayn Rand’s juiciest wet dream!”

Easton wrinkled his nose. “Thank you so much for that lovely mental image.”

“Oh shut up, don’t pretend like you don’t have first edition copies of every one of her books on a shelf in your room.”

“That doesn’t mean I want to think about the lady’s creepy wet dreams!” he retorted.

“My point, Easton, is that even though your personal-life antics are juvenile at best and borderline-criminal at worst, you’ve never brought that immaturity with you into the office. Until now.” She stood again, leaning on his desk. Easton tried to maintain eye-contact, though he could never help but glance down at her chest and marvel at the medical wonders money can buy. “It may not be a big deal in your head, but now, you are no longer ‘pure.’ The reason you ascended and took over so quickly is because of your last name, but the reason you held on to power is because you never made a mistake. Now you have.”

  Easton frowned and shuddered slightly.

Lucille grimaced, “Oh, so I got through, did I? You know Sedgwick has wanted you gone for years, but he’s never had an excuse or any real basis to have the board vote you out.” Easton rolled his eyes. Clarence Sedgwick, the COO, was a passive-aggressive sonofabitch who looked like a cross between Mike Pence and Steve Buscemi. He had always resented Easton but wore plastic smiles to hide it, so Easton always played nice as well, but both were more than aware of their mutual uncomfortable dislike for one another. “This won’t be enough for him to get many votes, but for the first time ever he has a case.” She cracked her knuckles. “Don’t sweat it too much; he’s not stupid enough to do it after one ‘mistake’ that many won’t see as too big of a deal. But you need to be very, very careful, because he will build a case if you give him the opportunity. And Easton, you’re great, I am the chief financial officer of this company, so I swear to whatever god is out there that if you ever again make a financial decision without consulting me first, I will not vote in your favor.” And with that, she stormed out.

A moment later, the door opened up again. “And by the way,” she said, “if you plan on starting a relationship with MacTaggart, that is the exact type of conflict of interest that Sedgwick will use as ammunition. I hate telling people who to love or what to do in their private lives, but you overplayed your hand, and your desire to impress your prospective girlfriend just might cost you your chance to be with her. Tread carefully, Easton.” This time she stormed out for good.

Easton swore viciously under his breath and ripped open his drawer, but stopped before pouring himself a drink. He closed his eyes and controlled his breathing. Chill, he told himself. Just relax.

I’ll figure this out. I always win! I’m goddamn Easton Cooper! But the words rang hollow in his head. He gritted his teeth. He hadn’t been unsure of himself for years in his professional life, or even his personal life for that matter.

All of that changed the day Alex MacTaggart walked in his door and turned his world upside down, and he didn’t have the first clue what he could do about it.

  Chapter 8

Alex was glowing as she sat for lunch with Lionel. “Man oh man,” she said. “I am not sorry I took your advice.”

Lionel took a sip from his glass. “To be clear,” he said, “I said to keep an open mind. Not to chain him to his bed and have rough sex with him.”

“Well if you didn’t convince me to keep an open mind, I wouldn’t have had what was maybe the most exhilarating sexual experience of my life.” she laughed. “My god he was a monster in the sack.”

“Lovely,” said Lionel. “Forgive me for not seeming enthused to hear all of the details of straight sex.”

“Oh you love it,” said Alex, playfully slapping him on the shoulder. “I’m actually supposed to see him this evening. I’m excited!”

“So are you two dating now?” asked Lionel, incredulously.

“I… I’m not sure. It does seem special like maybe we could get to the place. I wouldn’t necessarily be opposed to it. I don’t want to get ahead of myself though.”

“Oh you’re already way ahead of yourself,” warned Lionel. “Just be careful hun.”

  “I always am!” she chirped.

“Whatever you want to tell yourself, sweetie,” he said with a sigh. “I’ve got to get back to work, so I’m going to do that thing they do in movies where they throw money down at the table without counting it or double-checking how much they owe.”

Alex snorted when she laughed. “You do that.”

And so he did, and with that, Lionel was gone.

“Would you like to order a drink?” the server asked for the third time.

“No thank you,” said Alex tersely. “As I’ve already stated, I am waiting for my guest.”

“You’ve been waiting a while,” the server murmured carefully.

“Do you get better or worse tips when you remind people that their date is keeping them waiting?” Alex shot at him venomously.

He raised his eyebrows and sauntered away in silence.

She pulled out her phone and began scrolling through social media. It wasn’t until she was caught up on her Instagram feed and had shifted over to Facebook that Easton finally appeared, appearing a bit frumpier than she was accustomed to seeing him.

She cocked an eyebrow. “So kind of you to grace me with your presence.”

  “Right… yeah…” he said, distractedly.

She eyed him carefully. “What’s wrong?”

He bit his lip. “No point in beating around the bush, I guess,” he said. “I’m not sure if seeing each other is a good idea right now.”

Her eyes were wide, full of hurt and fury. “Ex-fucking-cuse me?” she said, tartly.

He wiped his hands across his face. “Look, that stunt I pulled where I paid you more than you asked for your company went over like a lead balloon at work, and now that you technically work for me, I just don’t think it’s a good idea to mix business and pleasure.”

“So let’s get a couple things crystal,” she said, quietly irate. “You may have bought out my company but that sure as shit doesn’t make you my boss. And you certainly didn’t mind mixing business and pleasure when my lips were wrapped around your dick last night. And speaking of screwing around with employees, everybody knows that you bang that blond secretary you have on your desk every other week…” her voice trailed off and she shook her head in disbelief as he returned her gaze with a blank countenance. Alex gritted her teeth. “When we first met, I told you that while you can buy and sell my company, you could never buy or sell me. And I let you do just that. You bought be like a slave and screwed me like a common whore.” She stood, knocking her chair over and shaking with fury. “You can go fuck yourself, Easton Cooper,” she said, and she stormed off, leaving him sitting there, miserable.

  ***

Easton was highly unproductive the following day at work, merely staring into space. He didn’t even rouse himself to get lunch. At 3:00, Nancy buzzed him.

  “Go away, Nancy,” he said.

“There’s a meeting in the conference room. Your attendance is required,” she said.

  “My… what? Don’t I run this company?”

“I strongly suggest attending the meeting,” she said crisply.

Rolling his eyes and feeling a tantrum rise inside, he got
up to march across the hall to the conference room. Once inside, he found the board sitting there, all wearing grim facial expressions. Clarence Sedgwick sat at the head of the table, where Easton normally sat.

“Am I late?” inquired Easton, shielding his aggravation and mounting panic from the packed room.

“Not at all, Easton,” said Sedgwick.

He usually calls me ‘Mr. Cooper’ and at least pretends to respect me, thought Easton.

“We just took a vote, and tight though it was, you’re out.”

Easton guffawed. “What do you mean ‘I’m out’? The second half of this company’s name is the second half of my name! The hell do you mean I’m out?!”

“Well, it’s simple,” he said slowly. “Your haphazard purchase of Gaea’s Grocer’s, your years of generating bad press for this company, sexual harassment claims from multiple female employees, most notably your secretary, Miss Nancy Williams, and then this.” Sedgwick slid a magazine across the table. The cover featured two pictures: one of Easton and Alex kissing, the other of her yelling at him in the restaurant. “You of all people know you’re a public figure, Easton,” Sedgwick said. “Some Paparazzi operate more like PIs nowadays, and you were caught making out with and then getting dumped by the very woman whose company you overpaid to acquire.” He smirked, leaning back in what used to be Easton’s chair, smug. “We feel that while you have done wonders for this company, that you will, in the long run, prove to be more detrimental than anything else. So farewell, sweet prince, for parting is such sweet sorrow.”

“You’re mixing your Shakespeare plays, dumbass,” said Easton, shaking with fury. “And nice try, but my lawyers will eat you alive.”

“Your lawyers? But Easton, you don’t have lawyers. You have always used our company’s lawyers. Which means now you’re going to need to find a legal team strong enough to take ours down. The legal team you yourself always said featured the absolute cream of the crop. And given that we have the facts on our side…” He just smiled broader. “Well, you know. Good riddance, little Cooper.”
